Are Lunara products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. All Lunara formulas are free from sulphates, parabens, synthetic dyes, and harsh fragrances. They are developed with dermatological care and are gentle enough for daily use on sensitive skin. If you have a specific skin condition, we recommend doing a patch test before full application.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Absolutely. Lunara is 100% cruelty-free β we never test on animals at any stage of production. The majority of our products are also vegan; any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
What is the shelf life of Lunara products?
Most Lunara products have a shelf life of 12β24 months unopened, and 6β12 months after opening. You'll find the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on each product β the number inside indicates how many months you have after first use. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for best results.
Can I use multiple Lunara products together?
Yes β our range is designed to work beautifully as a complete routine. A simple morning routine would be: Glow Reset Facewash β Radiance Serum β Velvet Day Moisturiser SPF 30. For evenings: Botanical Silk Soap or Facewash β Glow Face Oil β Deep Hydration Cream or Overnight Renewal Mask.
π Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4β7 business days across India. Express delivery (2β3 business days) is available at checkout for select pin codes. Orders are processed within 1β2 business days of placement.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above βΉ999. For orders below βΉ999, a flat shipping fee of βΉ79 applies.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is something we're actively working towards β sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.

What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund β no questions asked.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply email us at hello@lunara.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps. Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days of receiving the returned item.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and EMI options via Razorpay. All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please email us immediately at hello@lunara.in if you need to make a change.
